How to brew Shu Puer Rinse the cup, teapot, and tea leaves with hot water. Use approximately 5–8 g of tea (1–2 tsp) per 200 ml of water. Steep the tea leaves in hot water (90°C) for 1 minute for the first and second infusions. Gradually increase the steeping time and temperature for subsequent infusions. Approximate number of infusions per serving: 7–10.
