Pu-erh is a post-fermented tea that has undergone deep (traditional or accelerated fermentation), which involves transforming it into a product that is different from ordinary black tea in its chemical composition and beneficial properties.
The problem of an earthy taste and a slightly pungent smell in the homeland of pu-erh was solved a long time ago - by combining it with raw tangerine peel. Instant drying in the oven - avoids mold, and at the same time conveys the fullness of the aroma of the fruit - tea.
Like any tea, pu-erh requires standard dosages and compliance with several brewing rules. On average, 6 g is placed per 150 ml of hot water.
Washing is done very quickly, with boiling water, thus achieving dust removal and disinfection. In terms of infusion time, options are possible when this tea is brewed for 2-3 minutes - 2-3 times.
